{Stay} Chill Challenge

I spent many summers playing in my front yard, barefoot and dusty, chasing fireflies. I’d catch them in my hands, marvel at their light and then let them go. Fly free.

Summer has a certain feel to it. Equal parts free, wild, spacious, full, lingering; yet fleeting. The big fire of sun kisses our skin, revealing new depths and hues.
The tiny radiance of a firefly reminds us that to cling or hold too tight (even to the best moments) is to risk the beauty of it.

There is so much to love about summer.

Here’s a little TMI (who doesn’t like TMI from time to time- ha?!) Meryl and I (Octavia R.) both met the love of our lives in summer. Both the month of June, to be exact. Would this be a firefly shuffle (short) or sun dance (long)?

That’s summer! A time and place to explore in a new way or capacity. We can’t always know if our explorations will be {summer} flings ☺ or expand into a life long love thang!

This summer we invite you to recommit or start your {summer} yoga love relationship with us.

It’s already heating up in The ATL and we fully intend to {Stay} CHILLin’ this summer!

The {Summer} CHILL/LOVE rules:
1. Sign up to participate online or in studio.
2. Starting June 15 write your name and shirt size on the yoga challenge clip board at the front desk
3. Beginning June 15 and going through August 15, Chill with us, practice yoga+ meditation as much as possible . The goal is to practice at least 35 days June 15-August 15.
4. Track your classes attended and your passes used on the clipboard.
