I practice yoga so that I may be well, and so that I may radiate wellness. Yoga encourages us to inhabit ourselves, to be curious about and kind to the Self we meet each day. I teach so that I can bring this journey to others: through postures, breathing and meditation, I invite each soul who meets me in class to approach yoga’s deepest (sacred) promise–that we will, at some point and with great resolve and dedication, reside in our true self, with a still mind and a compassionate heart.

Formally, I am both a 200 and 500hr YA-Certified Teacher, and an IAYT Level 1 certified yoga therapist. I hold additional qualifications in Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Cancer Survivors, and Yoga for Hypermobility, but my devoted path is the therapeutic application of yoga for pelvic health and wellness. I continue to deepen and enrich both my personal practice and teaching with sustained study and reflection.

In each class: good grooves, kind words, deep learning. Off the mat: outdoors and sunshine; animals, both the two- and four-legged varieties; devotion, and more music.
