Stress Less: Mindfulness and Meditation for Everyone

We are delighted to partner with Kadampa Meditation Center of Georgia to bring you this life shifting experience.
The workshop will give you new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems.  It will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate more focus, patience, and love.
Great for beginners and for those who wish to improve their meditation practice.
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed.

This workshop will be taught by Gen Mondrub, an American Buddhist Monk and the Resident Teacher of KMC Georgia. He has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and the Resident Teacher in Atlanta for many years. He has just recently returned from a 2 year retreat.
