How to Ignite Your Yoga Practice
Have you been thinking about starting your yoga practice and not exactly sure where to begin? Do you also want to develop a home practice no matter how much time you have?
Join Chelsea for a 3 hour workshop that will be focused on the basics. This workshop is ideal for both beginners and regular practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding for how yoga can be used as a tool to bring clarity, purpose, and alignment into the heart, body, and mind.
You do not have to have any prior knowledge of yoga to attend this class; however, if you have, this is a great place to land as well. Chelsea integrates her own unique style with an emphasis on opening the heart and she focuses on postures that are accessible and can be practiced at home as well.
Previous participants are invited. This experience will be different than previous workshops if you have attended before as this the Sacred Chill Edition will integrate more restorative and relaxation techniques than before.
